As a Church of England school we have strong links with the local Church, St Mary’s. We hold our Harvest Festival, Christingle, Nativity and Easter services at the church led by Rev. Alistair and supported by our own Worship Council. All of our parents, carers and members of the local community are invited to attend.

A representative from the Church, regularly comes into school to lead our Collective Worship. The Diocese of Lincoln provides a link between them and its Church Schools by offering a representative – a person that takes an interest in the life of the school, provides pastoral support and acts as an advocate for the school in the community.

During St Mary’s May Flower Festival all classes had a display of work in the church.

We also regularly contribute to the parish’s Voice Magazine where we are able to update the local community about various aspects of our school life.
